In 1996 she was appointed Associate Professor of Communications at the New York Institute of Technology where she headed the graduate program in computer graphics.
In 2003 she became traveling videographer, video editor and photographer for Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Her first book is SPARROW BUSH LANE: A Homecoming and she recently started a new company – rtierneydigital – specializing in Author Websites and Digital Books.
